BEFORE INSTALLATION:
- Clean bin, inside and out!
- Use alcohol wipes or methylated spirits to clean any spots where Velcro will be attaching (bin lid)
- Try main cover of bin without Velcro first and decide later if you want Velcro. Velcro in bin lid is absolutely necessary.
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
- Always take bin cover off before putting your bin out for rubbish collection
- After a rainy day, leave the cover to dry in the sun (this won’t take long) and brush off any dirty with a brush.
- If necessary, you can use mild soap to wash the cover with or just simply hose it down.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Ensure bin is clean and the lid surface is smooth, clean and dry. (Tip: use alcohol wipes or methylated spirits)
2 . Find front corners of bin cover and place over rim of bin.
3 . Pull cover over and behind the wheels.
4 . Attach Velcro around webbing of the handle to secure top part of cover.
5. Work your way around the bin making sure cover is placed around wheel and locks together at Velcro seam at rear corner of bin. 
6 . Place permanent Velcro strip on to the inside of the lid and sides of bin rim as shown. 
7 . Apply firm pressure to tape to activate the adhesive.
8 . Lid will line up with Velcro attachment points as shown with handle at front of bin.
No more ugly wheelie bins!!
